#1 - Declutter your home. 

You want to go through and get rid of everything and anything that has accumulated since you moved into your home. 

Removing excess clutter will make your house feel more spacious and open to buyers.

#2 - Depersonalize your home. 

If you have an abundance of family photos, trophies and personal trinkets, then it’s best to put them in storage so that they’re out of sight and out of mind. 

This will make it easier for buyers to visualize how their furniture and items would fit around your house.

#3 - Deep clean your home. 

This is super important, it’s best to hire a professional to go deep and really get your house looking fresh.

If you have pets then this will also help get rid of pet smells and help you avoid turning off any buyers that have pet allergies.

#4 - My last tip is to get bright and beautiful photos taken of your home, and a lot of them! 

Photos are what sell the home, and if you have dark and gloomy photos, your sale price will suffer.
